Huss did an excellent job in installing three Velux skylights, with associated framing and installing rafters. The job was complex, as we have a non-standard roof system, and ultimately took Huss longer than planned. However throughout he was friendly, attentive, and demonstrating great customer service. His framing and carpentry were particularly strong, and I feel very confident in the strength of the frame and the way he tied it in to the existing roof system. I'd definitely use Huss again and would recommend his work.

My wife and I had an extension project on an unrenovated 1930's home comprising of a kitchen family room, bedroom, ensuite, laundry, large deck, a room under the deck and a garage slab. Huss is the proprietor of Pivot Constructions and is a great person to deal with, he cares about his work, communicates well and his building approach is first class. He and all of his trades were a pleasure to deal with and we are very happy with our project. During the build, Huss made a number of recommendations around some important design elements, such as a roof window in what would otherwise have been a dark kitchen, important details such as placement of doors

Huss and his team did a fantastic job renovating our backyard and installing a new deck, grass and privacy screens. Huss' communication during the entire project was clear, frequent and appreciated. Hus did all the carpentry on my renovation and did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and had great ideas for the renovation if it wasn't for him the job would have dragged out. He pretty much ran the job for me taking onus upon himself, engaging with other trades and working in with them to get the job done for me. He went over and above his duties and had my best interests at heart. He always kept me in the loop with what was happening and his pricing was fair. He's an all round top guy and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Huss, was fantastic. He was patient he was able to turn our vision into reality and was able to do it within our budget. His work was beyond expectation. He was honest reliable and patient with our requests. Pleasure doing business with him. Would definitely contact him again ! Highly recommended.

Engaged Huss to build a patio in our courtyard and would highly recommend him to anyone. Huss is a lovely guy who went above and beyond from the outset - helping to organise other tradespeople when needed, picking things up from Bunnings that we couldn't fit in our car etc. His work is of a high quality and I will use him again when we next need a carpenter. We are very happy with all aspects of Pivot Carpentry & Construction – pricing, communication, meeting deadlines, and craftsmanship. Huss and his team were able to take my decking steps/platform design ideas and translate them into something beautiful. The area the team were working with prosed a challenge with obstacles that had to be navigated. Huss and his team did a great job of working to a tight deadline whilst never compromising the integrity of the structure. We found Huss to be trustworthy and a great communicator with prompt responses and a clear and articulate way of ensuring we all were all understanding the job as it progressed along.
